Terms of use
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. About Sushin
Sushin is a free app to count the pieces of sushi a group eats, on one device or on the phones of everyone at the table. By using it you accept these terms.
2. Eat responsibly
Sushin is a game for fun, not an eating challenge. Levels, records and characters are just for laughs: listen to your body and never use the app to pressure anyone into eating more. Respect each restaurant's rules (many all-you-can-eat restaurants charge for food left on the plate).
3. Your content
The names you enter stay on your device, or travel only to the phones of the table you share. Only invite people who agree to appear in it. When you share an image or a backup, you are responsible for what you share and for having the permission of the people named in it.
4. Ads
Sushin is funded by ads. Rewarded videos are always optional: if no video can be shown, the story image is created anyway.
5. Intellectual property
The design, illustrations, sounds and texts of Sushin belong to its author. The Manrope and Outfit fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License, and third-party libraries under their own licences, which you can read in Settings → Open-source licences. Food and dish names are used descriptively.
6. Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, and counts are entered by you. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
